Job Title: IT Coordinator
Main duties
Reporting to the COO, the IT Coordinator will:
- Oversee Amplified Career Centre website designing and consistent management of the website and ensure marketing of the organization programs through other social media platforms.
- Supervising the development and monitoring of software packages that allow online trainings and tracking of online users.
- Coordinate house-keeping of all software programs developed both in-house or outsourced
- Oversee supporting server, network, software application and hardware repairs and maintenance.
- Coordination and supervision of IT Officers .
- Preparation of work plan, work schedule and assignment of duties to IT officers.
- Supporting the roll-out of new technology and software installations.
- Manage the setting up new user’s accounts and profiles and dealing with password issues.
- Monitor configuration and testing of any new hardware software.
- Monitor backing up data management of the daily data backup and retrieval scheme.
- Assistance with IT related trainings to staff and compiling procedural documentation.
- Ensure computer hardware is safe and complies with health and safety legislation.
- Compile monthly reports to update on progress and milestones within the department.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications
Successful applicants must be a holder of diploma or degree in Information Technology / Software Engineering / Information Systems and a project management plus other computing related certifications or qualifications are beneficial. Job Title: Finance and Admin Officer
Main duties
Reporting to the Head Finance and Admin the Finance and Administration Officer will
- Carry out budget tracking for all project components and facilitate the processing of all requisitions and returns.
- Maintenance of cash book, processing payments, financial accounts and reconciliation to ensure financial prudence and compliance to internal and external policies and procedures.
- Prepare for audits by checking of vouchers and ensuring correct coding and support documents are in place.
- Produce monthly expenditure reports to track and account for all expenditures.
- Provide efficient and accurate administrative services including organizing meetings and workshops.
- Ensure the organisation’s financial resources and expenditures are fully and properly accounted for and that internal control systems are adequate and functioning.
- Process statutory returns such as tax (ZIMRA) and National Social Security Authority (NSSA).
- Produce management accounts and financial statement for internal and external reporting.
- Advise on the development of project proposal budgets and carry out preliminary checking prior to submission to donors.
- Support preparation of various budgets, events budget, institutional and annual consolidated budget for the organization.
- Advise line managers and staff on the interpretation and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Oversee the payroll process and procurement of goods and services and management of property and equipment.
- Perform other administrative functions as assigned
Qualifications

Job Title: Head of Career Services
Main duties
Reporting to the COO, the Head of Career Services is responsible for Strategic alignment and implementation standard operating procedures for Amplified Career Services for both online and onsite services including:
- Overseeing curation and creation of up to date, relevant and client demand driven content for the ACC career information repository.
- Planning, implementation and coordination of Amplified Career Services activities i.e. provision of career counseling and guidance to all of ACC’s client categories.
- Coordination, supervision preparation of work plans, work schedules and assignment of duties of Career Services department staff including, onsite and remote counsellors.
- Ensuring documentation of departmental information, writing of progress reports and dissemination of related data on monthly basis.
- Planning and coordination of specific events with the exhibition team.
Qualifications
Successful applicants must be a holder of diploma or degree in Education/ Social Sciences/ Counselling/ Social work and related fields. Project management qualification is an added advantage. At least 5years post-graduation experience in a similar role pre-requisite. Experience leading a team is a must. Female candidates are encouraged to apply. Job Title: Head of Exhibitions
Main duties
Reporting to the COO the Head of Career Museum and exhibitions is responsible for planning and organizing permanent or travelling exhibitions, publicity events and promotional activities such as talks and workshops.
Key duties of the job include:
- Overseeing curation and creation of up to date, relevant and client demand driven content for the ACC Career Museum.
- planning programs of special and permanent exhibitions working with contractors, consultants, tour guides, archivists, technicians and curators
- e. identifying and negotiating the acquisition of museum material for designing the exhibitions
- creating schedules for the installation of exhibits and helping with tasks such as design and preparing and distributing publicity materials, exhibition catalogues and displays
- Managing Career Museum Staff and budgets i.e. Coordination, supervision preparation of work plan, work schedule and assignment of duties of Career Museum department staff
- Support generating income via fundraising activities.
- writing plans and reports
- liaising with client’s schools, groups community organisations and relevant stakeholders of the museum to create community value through the museum
- undertaking relevant research
- helping to develop museum activities and to increase access.

Job Title: Head of Business Development, Sales and Marketing
Main duties
Reporting to the COO the Head of Business Development, Sales and Marketing will be responsible for overseeing the department and ensure:
- Development of innovative strategies for retaining clients; this includes undertaking interviews and surveys in order to get feedback and incorporate it into the growth plan.
- Preparing annual marketing budget and track expenses relating to the budget.
- Developing comprehensive knowledge about Amplified Career Centre and its development practices, its marketing activities, prospective clients, and the trends for the industry.
- Engaging in market research in order to identify new opportunities for business.
- Analysing current and past expense budgets, sales, product deficiencies, and revenues to enable him/her to provide recommendations for the organisation’s growth and resolution of problems.
- Explaining to potential customers about the various benefits offered by Amplified Career Centre services and following potential customers up so as to close the business deals.
- Timely responding to queries and complaints from clients as regards the organisation’s services.
- Organizing promotional events such as exhibitions, press conferences, media talk shows, tours and field visits for marketing and publicity.
- Analyzing and enhancing opportunities for positive media coverage on organizational events.
- Designing, writing and producing leaflets, journals, documentaries, brochures, information for website and promotional videos.
- Ensure constant update, upgrading and consistent monitoring of all social media sites and website.
- Participate in forums related to the industry; conferences and client discussions.
- Collaborate with colleagues and peers on the sales, marketing, and product/ service development to improve overall customer experience and satisfaction.
- Managing department Staff and budgets i.e. Coordination, supervision preparation of work plans, work schedule and assignment of duties.
- Compile activity, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports to update on progress and milestones within the department.
